Withdrawal request for 1.5k has been in process for over 3 weeks - sent details for manual transfer that has been in process now for over a week with live chat telling me they are working to get it processed but still nothing from 888 and communication is terrible. I keep getting told different things by lots of different agents and they are not helpful - I don't understand what is happening.

I got an email confirmation on Friday saying it has been sent for for processing but still haven’t got it.
What is going on? Will it be processed on a business day.
