I requested to withdraw the balance in my account which was 601.00 on January 2nd. I uploaded the documents that were requested of my bank account and was sent an email stating my withdrawal was being processed on January 3rd. I decided to add my name on a self exclusion list for online gambling on January 5th, so I can no longer gamble away any more money. I can now no longer log in to my account with 888 at all, so I sent them multiple emails asking about my withdrawal and if all the documents were received and when my withdrawal would be in my account. I have not received a response. I was not on the self exclusion list when I won the money and withdrew it, plus the money I wagered was taken from my bank account just fine. Can someone please tell me what's going on? I know it hasn't been that long but why is no one answering me. I'm panicking that I am not going to receive the money that is rightfully mine.
