I joined 888 casino on Monday 17th December 2018. I deposited £300 and played the slots. I decided after a while to buy a white rabbit feature for £300 and I won over £6000.
I decided to withdrawal the money and made a withdrawal for £6,261. I received an email the next morning at 5am asking me to send some ID for verification. I did this straight away at 6am Tuesday 18th and sent in my photo card driving licence.
I have spoke to chat and also phoned them and was told that my documents would be verified and completed by 6am Friday 21st at the latest.
This has still not been done and my withdrawal still not processed and I cannot use the online chat to speak to them as it will not work.
