I have made £800 withdraw on 21st December I'm still waiting for payment, the operations team have said it's paid the payments team have said no? Why don't they speak to each other I have verified my account the payments team wanted verified paper work what was provided! Begging of jan! I have no money in my account as promised by tahsa in the payments team and they have no idea please I want this sorted 1 month is a long time to wait.

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your withdrawal as yet.

Review of your account shows that the funds were paid on December 24th. The Transactions department sent you an email with the information about the card that was refunded.

I can also see that the Transactions department is been in contact with you trying to have this matter resolved. They sent you a document that you can take to your bank and that will assist you in locating the funds. If you have not received this document, please let us know and we will resend the information to you.

Please note that the verification of your account is not related to the matter at hand; the funds were paid already and we are trying to establish the reason why you have not received it.

Hi I still don't have the email? Please can you confirm what information you require? If it's the letter head from my bank the bank card? I can remember supply but I don't have the email? Happy to attach on here??
