I have been very patient with 888 casino with respect to my withdrawl. Approx 5800 cad. I am a vip member and they are supposed to be processed or at least in progress within 24 business hours. The 1st withdrawl has been awaiting processing since nov 23. I have called and emailed and received nothing more than there is a technical issue. This has never happened before. I don’t know what the issue is as 888 has confirmed there are no issues on the account.

Being upset with this matter I simply asked about the take a break option in hopes this will speed up the review. I did not give a timeframe. However it now appears they have set my break at 6 month. Which I did not ask for.

Please help me fix this situation. I enjoy my gaming experience there. Just currently frustrated at the scenario I find myself in.

Shad, allow me to apologize for the delay in your withdrawal. As our transactions department informed you on 12/04/2020 with their apologies that there was a technical issue and this was a particular case.
Regarding the state of the withdrawals we can see that on 12/09/2020 the Transactions team sent an email informing that all the withdrawals have been successfully processed and sent towards your bank account.

The issue of payment has been resolved. I have the payments. Although no explanation beyond a technical issue was given. Acceptable for one payment but odd for for several payments to have technical issues.

As for the take a break I asked about the option since it seemed like my withdrawals were not going to be processed. I never asked for any of time frame.

The next thing I know is the chat dis- connected and I am now banned for 6 month. Not only from the 888 account but also locked out of my 777 account.

I 100 percent did not ask for a 6 month break.
