I'm in the middle of clearing my bonus at 888 sports, which has a 60 days clearing limit. After winning a few bets, my account is now sitting at about 400 euros. Suddenly they required verification and locked my account. I've sent in all the documents, but now after 4! weeks, I've still not been able to login to my account.
My bonus is soon expiring, and I will then lose all my money.
I ask you kindly to open my account, or atleast pause my wagering time for the bonus while you verify my account.
