I've created an account at 888 on Februari 1st of 2023. After winning some money I would like to withdraw the funds. But I received an email to verify my account and they have requested a copy of my passport or id and a copy of my credit card which I used while deposit. Because I have used a virtual prepaid MasterCard I can only send a screenshot of my statement, but that was not a problem.
I have uploaded my documents over 10 days ago! and unfortunately I heard nothing. After sending several emails I still get no contact with them. The support staff told me that they will forward my email to the relevant department, but I get no answer. I can't access my account and can't make any withdrawal or bet at their site. Hopefully this will speed up the proces a bit.
