I made a withdrawal of £60,000 on 13/04/2024, following this i was asked to provide verification documents. I sent 5 different pieces of verification documents to prove it is me. On 17/04/2024 I received an update that my account has been verified and all up-to date. Since this date i have not received another email update and my withdrawal request is still awaiting process.
I messaged live chat to see if they could give me an update or some help but was just told they have not received feedback yet from the relevant department and that they will respond within 72hours.
Its now been 11days since the withdrawal request and still have had no update or any idea why my funds are still awaiting withdrawal.
