So Monday just gone, I signed up to 888 casino and got the free £88 freebet, which I then went on to win £15 real money. I then went on to use the £15 and won £70, but trying to withdraw it was impossible and is still in my account, so I sent an email on Tuesday... Come Wednesday, my account was 'temporarily suspended' with no email or no explanation, I have emailed 888 twice now and haven't heard a single reponse!

Hi, sorry about the lack of response, been limited due to work, I have been unblocked now, but now I've found that I can no longer withdraw the £70! They are claiming that I needed to win an overall of £502 to be able to withdraw, which seems strange considering a friend of mine done the exact same and was able withdraw £80, but as soon as I mentioned that, they tried to discard me as quick as possible, not answering questions and trying to change subject I.e 'is there anything else we can help you with today'.
