On June 9th,I was playing online slots on 9 Blazing cashpots Megaways. During the same gameplay, I won free spins on three separate occasions. After each freespin round concluded. The game/software froze and kicked me out to the lobby. After re-entering the game, my winnings were not added to my funds. I contacted support immediately who said they would look into it. It's been over a month, I haven't gotten any email or update from support. I have even been told that my round I.D is wrong and doesn't match theirs. Which I showed them they are wrong about and have the screenshots from that. I have many screenshots from this incident. I would like to have the casino tally up my winnings and add it to my online account asap. But I can't see the add files part here, and I have submitted several complaints regarding this matter already.
