888 have failed to verify my account within the 72hours they have not even responded once to numerous emails I have sent in they were quick enough contacting me asking well requesting for documents which I sent in my passport passed verification process then they advised they needed to original copy of my change of name then the restriction imposed on my account would be removed I sent this in then they got back to me and said I needed to send in notarised documents which I went and got done since I have sent the requested documents in there’s been no response at all
