Hi,
I have received an email from 888 casino whereby I was requested to provide documentation to verify my account.
I sent the relevant documentation and received an email saying my documentation was not accepted and I am banned.
My documentation is real and I don’t see any reason as to why it should not be accepted. I’ve also said I can provide another document but am yet to hear back.
I also have a pending withdrawal which I haven’t received.
