Hello,
Three weaks ago I tried to withdraw 3040€ and 2000€, my bank rejected the international transfer and sent funds back to cassava through target system. Since that moment I have made 7 queries about the issue and still have not received an answer from support and funds have not been placed back into my account.
Does its so hard to put money back in peoples accounts????
