I withdrew winnings on the 8th of April to the sum of £100, it’s small I know but still a lot to me, I’ve tried getting in touch via customer support email and have had nothing back! I’ve tried live support and she said that they have been having payment issues and to wait until Tuesday also said to talk to my bank, well I did but they said there is nothing pending coming through, it’s been 16 days and on the website says can take up to 10 days, i would like the £100 winnings ASAP please

I have asked my bank if there is anything coming from you which they had replied no,
I also know the card is correct with depositing from that card to my account
What I don’t understand is why it is taking 17 days so far? It’s still not been recieved, how long should I continue waiting and what would be the next step in recovering my winnings?
It’s not fair nor acceptable to be waiting for so long.
I could easily provide statements and proof that it has not been recieved
