Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to enquire about not receiving my full withdrawl from 888 Casino.
I have withdrawed £4980, once processed and paid out it was spilt into two transactions.
I have only received £1190 from the total due of £4980, I still haven't received £3790 which should have came in same time as as the first part of the withdrawl.
I have contacted my Bank who have assured me nothing else has come into the account apart from £1190.
Please if you and the team can look into this as im a unhappy customer.

Update: I have received email from 888 Casino representative, suggesting to give it till 12/04/2019 as timeframe is upto 5 working days. I hope the remaining amount be's in my account by 12/04/2019. I will keep AskGamblers updated.

This complaint has been reopened as per 888 Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
