Hi there. I was playing on 888 casino and I collected winnings on the 6th of September. Receiving winnings state 2 to 5 working days approximately, I waited nearly 3 weeks then decided I would contact them and basically I am getting the run around and I believe they have no intention of paying me my $700 Usd. When joining I sent all required documents that were needed to join then I sent them even more documents recently and they just keep saying declined. I've sent many emails back and forth but they are being difficult. I believe they are withholding winnings from around the world as I hear all the time in New Zealand that people give up on trying to collect their winnings. This is fraud. They are also mocking me with emails asking how I rate 888 for example as if they can do what they like. This is disgusting behaviour. Hopefully, you guys can help me with this.

I have provided them all documents but they just keep asking
