After numerous attempts in trying to contact this casino, I’m hoping this rectifies my problems.

I opened an account & deposited £20 after checking my bank, £50 was taken in one transaction. After playing I won and tried to withdraw £230.93. I revived an email to verify my ID which I done. Still waiting for payout to my bank about and after reading so many negative reviews about this company never paying out winnings I am growing increasingly concerned that this money is never going to arrive in my bank account! I have contacted 888 casino numerous times via email with no response. Also, I can not find an in use contact number either. I have also tried to log into my account, which has been blocked for no reason. Any feedback would be great.

Hello @nat301,

We have reviewed this case again and can confirm that on 06/11/2018 you were requested to verify a copy of your ID, Driving License or Passport.

The documentation was verified in the same day, and the withdrawal requested on 06/11/2018 has been approved in accordance with our one business day processing period, on 07/11/2018.

We have reached over e-mail, stating that the withdrawal should be reflected on the associated bank account by 12/11/2018, including the external processing. We did not receive a response to the e-mail, suggesting that the payment had been indeed received.
