I made two withdrawals on june 25th

In the amount of $11,500.00 and $3,500.00, totaling $15,000.00. It was approved on June 27 and they informed me that they needed 7 working days and so far I have not received any amount from them. I tried to contact them and they informed me that they need more verification and it may take a long time.

I do not deny that the casino is the best provider of bonuses, but the speed of payment is much more important than the bonus. Therefore, I am submitting the complaint as a start to solve the problem through you. I hope that the payment will be resolved as quickly as possible, and so far we have waited more than 9 working days, and it may take longer. Thank you all

They informed me that the withdrawal process failed and I contacted support by phone. They informed me that the bank refused to receive it and they said that it would return the balance. It returned a day ago and the bank was changed and the amount was withdrawn and they said that it would take 4 to 7 working days. I will wait and I will inform you.

I asked them to prove the transfer. After 4 days had passed, they informed me that we do not have transfer tracking. It seems that they want to delay a lot, unfortunately, which means that we may go to another path, unfortunately.
