On the 22nd of April I won £53,016. After several sent emails I still haven’t received my withdrawal or given any form of explanation as to why, not received anything regarding this!
I’m becoming progressively more and more frustrated with this matter as anyone could imagine.
It took me 2 weeks to get out of them that my ID needed to be verified which obviously I completed quickly.
I feel I’ve been lied to when contacting the online chat for some answers, I feel I’ve been cheated of my receiving my winnings with the same speed as my previous payouts and I am extremely happy to say that I would NEVER use 888casino for any of my gambling pleasures again.
Regardless of the current climate, 888casino still has people working, those workers, I feel, have had more than adequate time to complete this withdrawal by now.
