I deposited a significant amount of money into my 888casino account and, overall, I lost most of it. However, during one period of play, I was fortunate enough to win approximately CAD 30,000. When I requested a withdrawal, it was placed on hold, and I was asked to submit identity verification and proof of funds documentation.

Since then, I have received multiple emails stating that my identity and source of funds are still under review, but no clear timeline has ever been provided.
