Hi, I am contacting you in regards to my issue with my payout on 888casino. I have waited the 3-5 days allocated to pay out my winnings. And have still only received my deposit and not my winnings.
For context, my deposited amount was £10, and my winnings was also £10, yet I have only received a total of £10 from 888casino. The deposit happened at 2:02am on the 5th April, and the withdrawal at 2:36am.
From the screenshot below taken on the same day, you can see that it is shown that I have withdrawn the full £20, however was not compensated the full amount.
