I was playing 888 poker and then decided to try my luck at 888 casino through the poker app. I've won $8250. I request to withdraw but the only paid $800. They said the rest will be sent once I send a picture of any cards I use to deposit my account. I did this and now they are requesting a further two card I may have use in the past which I no longer have. I've sent them a picture of the cards I've used in the last 6 months to deposit along with my ID card and drivers license. I've been depositing money for a long time now, they never asked for anything. But now I've won some money back they are stalling. I've emailed them to find out what's going on and have had no reply.
