Hello,
I have $11,000 withdrawal in my 888 account which they did not pay me.
I received an email from their responsible gambling team 25 days ago saying that they want to verify my source of funds and restricted my account freezing my withdrawals. I sent them my payslips and everything also my every document is verified but I am not getting my withdrawals.
I tried emailing their responsible gaming team, operations team but never got a reply from them since 20 days. I talked to the customer support but all they had to say was everything is verified but we are escalating this to the relevant department and they will look into it and I have heard this for almost 15-20 times from them.
Recently I tried calling support but the number says try calling between 8am-12am eastern time which is obviously the time I am calling them. As of now I have no way to contact them as their support contact number doesn’t work and they never reply my emails.
My withdrawals are stuck which I need urgently and still no response from them.
