I want to complain about the delay with my funds which is 1100 USD in 888 casino.
First of all I know the withdrawal policy and respect all the rule in 888 casino especially the time plan(4-7 day) about withdrawal my winning.
But unfortunately the costumer service who doubted me and told me to complained my local bank why I still not receive the fund and proof that I still not receive it to the transactions team. It's really a bad experience for me to ask service.
I applied the withdrawal on 2/23/2019 and system showed it paid on 2/27/2019, but now 3/13/2019 I still not receive it(see the attach file)
And I asked for the transactions team(or support team) a least send bill documents(MT202) for me that I can tell my bank to search it , but 888 team still no response.
So I hope someone can help me and wish 888 team can see this message
By the way the 3/3 withdrawal is 405 usd I have already received on 3/12.
But the issue is 2/23 ~~
