Regarding this issue, we have checked with our Transaction Department and they have stated that there were some issues with the card as it seemed to be not refundable in our system.
That said, we have managed to send the full payment on 12/23/20221 and an e-mail was sent to confirm this.

This email serves to inform you that when we tried to process your withdrawal for 320 USD to your Mastercard/VISA ending #3122 , our systems did not recognize the card as refundable and therefore we were unable to apply the funds. We apologize for this inconvenience and have blocked the card for further withdrawals, however you can still deposit with it.
Please be advise to register a MasterCard issued by MuchBetter by depositing a minimum amount with it. This is the only withdrawal method allowed in your location.

I would be totally fine with this answer if this was the truth, but the card ending with 3122 is in fact a Muchbetter card. And I have also deposited with this card in the past. I have respond with this information now. The wait continues
