I created an account on December. Over the past week I have made 2 withdrawal requests. 1 dated 8/12/2020 in bank account and 1 dated 12/12/2020 in Netteler. I checked my account yesterday and both my withdrawals status was "awaiting process". I didn't deposit nor bet any money yesterday. I tried to check my account today but apparently I have no access due to restrictions imposed without informing me and without any warning and/or justification. I had access yesterday and without betting or doing something wrong now I don't. I don't even know what kind of restrictions have been imposed and whether they will honor my withdrawal requests. I tried to contact support but nothing so I have sent them an e-mail.

They credited to my neteller account the second withdrawal of 80 Gbp. For the 1st one which was made 4 days prior to the neteller I have no update and they didn't answer to my emails.
