After making a €200 deposit and playing with cash (no bonus involved), I won up to and withdrew €850 euro March 26th 2022 from 888. After waiting a week and receiving email confirmation of my withdrawal, I began to grow weary when the funds never appeared in my bank account after 1, 2, 3 weeks. I inquired with the casino and they said they sent it via bank transfer. I went to my bank and showed them proof of transfer but it never arrived to my bank. After 6 weeks, 888 concluded that their 'intermediary bank' rejected the payment and it was returned to them (I have never had this issue before despite playing at many online casinos). They have decided to falsely claim that I provided incorrect account details to them, which was the reason for the return. I then showed them official proof that they were correct, and they then admitted that they were indeed correct.

Since then they have responded to me at a pace of one email per week, saying that if I deposit using Skrill they can withdraw to there. This was done yesterday (May 23rd) and I was personally assured by the transaction team agent (see attached file), that it would be processed by the end of the working day yesterday. Once again, they have not sent the money or confirmed its release. I am really tired of chasing my money with this incompetent casino. I have attached proof showing relevant communication by the casino.
