Hello please help me. My account user is philippines9. I played and decided to cash out. I wanted to withdraw 399 USD. I verified my ID already for the withdrawal. However, I get an email my account has been locked because I need to send pictures of my i.D and card that I used. I have verified my I.D and now when i withdraw they ask me to submit more pictures of my I.D and card that I used. So I did, and it has been 4 four days since July 12 and still have yet to get my money of 399 USD. Please help me with this issue.

As mentioned before, the withdrawal of $399 was released from the system on July 18th. The funds should arrive between July 24 - 29, (4-7 business days).
All other withdrawal requests were cancelled by the user.
