I’ve been playing at 888 casino for few months and I think this is a reputable and trusted casino. But, I made a withdrawal last November 28 for about $13,140 (CAD) the withdrawal e-transfer timeframe will take only 1-3days but it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t receive my money.
I sent an email 10 times to the support team but they only keep saying the same thing that they will forward my inquiry to a relevant department that will reply to me ASAP but no one responded.
My account got restricted after I made a withdrawal. I sent all the required documents they ask me. And I received an email that it was verified and accepted.
Then after that email, they sent me another requirements for my bank statement which I immediately provide them but I still haven’t received my withdrawal and can’t even log in to my account.
Please help me out with this matter.

Which documents? I have sent all the documents you require me. I received an email last week that my documents has been accepted. Other than that, I don’t have any email regarding documents needed. Please let me know what you need. Thank you.
