User id :< username removed > try to withdraw my winning of 3800$ since 20 of February try to contact support team and customer service only answer i'll have is to wait ,now is the 3 of March ...my withdraw still saying waiting to process ...in they web site is clearly state that using IDEBIT it take 4 to 5 days...plz could i have a answer how long should i wait for my money is not acceptable
