I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my withdrawal request at 888 casino Ontario.
I made a few withdrawals between Feb 17, 2025 ($7150), Feb 20, 2025 (91000), and Feb23,2025($24.38) for the total amount of $ 98,174.38 CAD.
$3800 goes to my account on Feb 18, 2025, by e-transfer the very next day of my first withdraw($7150). Which they still owe me $98174.38-$3800= $94374.38cad.
Then the nightmare starts…
On Feb 20, 2025, I received an email from the 888.ca department for credit card documents, which I submitted to them. Then, on Feb 25, 2025, I received another email saying they required more bank statements and some other documents, and I sent all the documents they needed on the same day. On Feb 26, I got an email that said I forwarded the document to our relevant department… two days later, I was been told my account was successfully verified.
Then just started keep waiting… During this period, I sent a few emails and talked to the live chat regarding my withdrawals, like how long will that complete? Just all the same answer says we will get back within 72 hours, but they never respond after many, many 72 hours…
I mean, this is just ridiculous. I was been really patient, but 888.ca treats customers like fools. Never tried to resolve this issue and just kept saying they had already passed the case to the relevant department…
I mean, I have contacted customer support numerous times, and each time, I am told that my case will be expedited to the relevant team. Despite these assurances, I have not received any updates or emails regarding the status of my withdrawals. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
It’s over 2 weeks since my withdrawal, and I am a VIP customer on both GG and 888.ca, but have never had an issue with GG even for bigger amount of withdrawal, I mean 888.ca never really care about the customer. This is unacceptable for a high-roller player…
This is my money, and I need my money to get paid.
Please help me, AskGamblers. I really need help.
