888 Casino - Closed my account for no reason and doesn't answer my mails

Hey!

2019-01-15 i opened a account at 888Casino.

Later that day i did a withdraw of 12500 sek (around 1250 euros).

Total deposits 9500 sek (around 950 euros)

I talked to the chat and ask if i was verified, they told me i was because i had opened the account thru Bank ID.

They told me that i could make withdraws.

A couple of hours later i try to log in and check the status for the withdraw.

But they had closed my account. I got a mail that said they have closed my account aswell but with no explanation.

I wrote them an email the same day, (2019-01-15) and asked why they have closed the account and where my money was.

I have not got any email or information since then. Now it has gone 3 days and they are quiet like a mouse.

The livechat only works when you are logged in so i can't go that way either.

I want to hear from them about why the account is closed and where my money is.

We can confirm that your membership was terminated and that the email you received on the 16th of January indicated the reason why this decision was taken. We suggest that you review the content of said email once more.

Regarding your withdrawal, we are happy to advise that the funds were released on January 17th. You should receive the payment in your bank account between January 23-28.

I did not get any email on the 16th of January with the reason. You can please sen the email again.

Good if the money arrives like you say, i would still like to hold this case opens until the money has arrived to my account.
