888 Casino - Casino taking forever to verify my account, cannot withdraw

Hi everyone,

I recently joined 888casino.com, made my own profile and added my personal credit card information onto their website so I could start playing some of their games online.

Depositing money into my account is, as expected, extremely easy and fast. No issues there whatsoever.

The issue I'm having is getting verified so that I could withdraw the balance I have in my account.

888casino states that their verification process usually takes up to 72 hours. I sent them my personal information for the verification process on 18/08/2019. It's now 24/08/2019, I've sent emails asking why it is taking forever to get verified, and I have not received any response whatsoever. I am still not verified after a full week of patiently waiting.

As it stands right now, they've taken a bunch of my personal information and have not made contact with me ever since. This is not what I was expecting from such a big and renowned website.
