Hello.
I recently won 17 thousand on slots (no bonus). It was cash playing. I tried with draw it all via etransfer and it was held awaiting process for over 2 weeks. The one agent i spoke with told me to reverse it and break it down into smaller chunks and see if that helps and still nothing. 4 agents have confirmed that my account is fully verified. Am I at a loss?
