I am completely disgusted with the lack of any sort of response from 888 casino since my first initial query to the support team.
Firstly i find it outrageous that the only way to make any sort of contact is via the support form online, even though they say they offer support 24/7.
I was brand new to the site and what attracted me was the 100% deposit match in a first deposit. After making my first deposit and following that link i was shocked to see this hadn’t been credited. I initially submitted a query online to the support depart but after not receiving and update after 24 hours (like they say) i then made a call. After making a call to the one number on the site and for waiting 20 mins i was told this is an operational matter and to send them an email. Which i of course did, however yet again I received an automated reapnse saying they had received my email and the matter will be addressed with 72 hours bare in mind id already waited 24hours
We are now approaching day 7 and after me chasing operations i still have yet to receive any sort of response and or my bonus. We are talking only £50 im sure there are much bigger problems than mine but this is principal now and quite honestly getting ridiculous.
Please help as I don’t no where to turn now!

Understood however i am still waiting for another update ... 48 hours now.
