I don’t know if anyone was in a similar situation, but 888sport doesn’t want to pay me about 4,000 euros as it was in my account at the time. As far as I remember, at the end of November I asked for a withdrawal of 1200 euros, shortly after that they denied me access to the account and put it under investigation. Since then, I have called them dozens and dozens of times, but each time I received the same answer - the account is under investigation.
It’s been an amazing 7 months since that, and I haven’t gotten back either access to my account or my money that’s there. I called them on the phone at least 5 times, sent 5 times an email and they replied the same each time.
Is it normal for you to keep someone's money for 7 months and not want to pay him? I can’t believe this happened to me with a company like 888, which has a huge public reputation.
Not paying someone money for 7 months, and giving the same answer every time is at least criminal, disgusting and the worst relationship I have had with a bookmaker. Can they continue this for the next 5 years if I'm not mistaken? Tell me the account is still under investigation?

Can you tell me at what stage is the investigation currently? I believe it is already in the final, considering that EVEN 8 MONTHS have passed?
My message to the AskGamblers team - This complaint cannot be considered resolved until the gentlemen from 888scam have done something concrete on this issue. For now, I see absolutely no progress. They didn't tell me anything which I didn't know before.
Obviously, this is how we can go on indefinitely. And after five years when I ask them when my withdrawal will be processed & my funds released will they give the same reply?

I have been your user for a couple of years, so far I have lost a considerable amount of money with you. But only after a couple of won bets , this become a nightmare. While I was losing money you constantly kept sending me promotions and bonuses on the mail. Obviously, the only good user for you is the one who loses money. Sad.
I want other users to see this aswell, I will do my best to share the link of this complainant on Twitter, and all gambling sites I'm visiting. Just so that someone doesn't make a mistake and register on 888, because what you are doing is not being done in Africa either.
I suggest you change your name from 888casino/888sport to 888scam. That suits you best.
