Account locked and hefty gains frozen
I made considerable gain of thousands over the month of November 2018 through poker and blackjack. Thereafter on 20 November 2018, I performed my ID verification via the platform to facilitate withdrawal/money transfer, in which the operation team informed me of successful verification on 22 November 2019. Written email from them is as follow:
"We can confirm that we have now received and verified the recently requested documentation. As a result any restrictions have now been removed from your account, and any waiting withdrawals can now be processed."
However two days later (24 November 2018), the negative surprise began. As I attempted to log in to my account, a message popped up stating "Your account has been temporarily disabled. For immediate assistance please refer to our FAQs, otherwise please check your email inbox or contact us directly on operations@cassava.net".
I contacted the Operation team immediately, however on about 24 hours later, only a generic reply was received by the Operation team, in which email claimed that I may have breached fair play policy in the blackjack table where email was as follow:
"As part of our on-going efforts to maintain fair and honest play, we were alerted to several suspicious patterns of play occurring at our Live Casino Blackjack tables. We are currently carrying out a thorough investigation into your activities and as a result, your account has been blocked from further use at this time.
If you have any information which would assist with our investigation in regards to your gamming activity we would be grateful to receive it. On receiving your response we shall be able to proceed with your account.
We take these matters extremely seriously and thank you for your co-operation and understanding."
I have not performed any cheat in 888 and has no idea and no intention of doing so, thus replied to them as follow:
"It caught me by surprise of the following alongside below email respond from your team.
I understand that there is need for your team to maintain honest and fair play, while for me I am 100% sure that I have not breach any fair play.
During this recent period, I have merely implemented basic blackjack strategy widely available in the internet which to my fortune, manage to garner some win. However, in the long run, I am sure that casino edge will normalize my gains.
I have been with 888 poker for many years by now and have not experience any of such misunderstanding, it is indeed unfortunate but I hope your team would complete the investigation soonest possible.
Specifically to team Cassava net, I understand that your side may be overwhelm with various requests however I really do hope to receive speedy reply from you."
Days has passed by and the Operation team has neither given any respond nor give me an understanding how is the investigation being performed, how long will it takes and how may I help to speed up the process.
I feel that 888 Casino has deprive me from my money and effectively stolen my money.
