888 Casino - Account closed upon withdrawal

I opened an account with 888 Casino, they gave me a £88 free play, of which i hit the maximum i was allowed to win (£15) i then had to wager this a number of times before I could withdrawal, upon wagering i had won £312 and met their wagering requirements.

Upon a bank wire transfer withdrawal request a few days later i was asked to provide photo ID, of which i did and had 2 emails telling me my ID had been confirmed, and another saying my withdrawal was approved.

So it's been a while and i have not received the withdrawal so i decided to check on my account today, upon trying to log in it says "account temporarily disabled". I received no email about this, no contact whatsoever, disgusting customer service, and i feel like i am being scammed. I have emailed their support, as yet no answer.

I see this has happened to lots of other people on here, next step is to take this to the gambling commission if not resolved.

Account now unlocked, and money received and in my bank. Seems like there was some serious confusion with the operations team/staff at 888 casino/cassava. Locked my account when i had already confirmed my identity.

Needless to say, this has put me off of using 888 casino.
