Good day 888 my account username "Zhette" was currently blocked due to the fact that i may have overlooked the "Im not a robot" feature that i may have spammed the log in button again and again that it resulted to "Something went wrong please contact our support" i already have emailed the customer support and fortunately they responded within 24 hours but after that they never replied again. I would like to follow up my inquiry regarding this issue because i just created the account the day before it was blocked i don't know why it happened and i still have funds inside my account please respond to this issue please see attached photo

Hello there 888,
I've already sent the information needed regarding my account and haven't received any reply or is there a problem with my email im not sure please see attached photo for further reference that was the last email i received from 888
to clarify my email it was < email removed > thank you :) i've already checked the spam folder it wasn't there thank you for your response again :)

It seems that the email registered on the account is not the same as the screenshot uploaded. We see that you contacted us directly and the Operations Team responded yesterday with all the information regarding your account. Please refer to that email which was sent to this alternative email address. Once they receive your reply they will advise further regarding your account.

Good day 888,
yes i've already received the email directly from Cassava Enterprises and told me the last step of verifying my account which is sending my card details covering the middle 8 digits of my card (front and back).Currently waiting for their reply i'll follow up my status here after their next response.
