Hello I started playing on this casino, accepted bonus conditions and completed the rollover.

I was mostly playing blackjack and roulette.

I withdrew about 2795 EUR on 8 September.

Today I tried to login into my account to check the status of my withdraw and I get the message "Your account has been temporary disabled. Please contact the support or check your email inbox"

I havent received any email regarding this or been asked for any documents, my ID card was been submitted before I attempted withdraw.

I suppose this was a serious casino due to all the positive review by most customers and here on askgamblers.

They didnt accept my ID Card for no reason and asked me for an alternative document and an utility bill.

I have sent now my drive license and the bill.

Now I should be able to receive my withdraw, lets see

I received another email from cassava .

"Alexandre, after careful consideration it has been decided that I am unable to accept your documents for verification purposes. As such, your account has been permanently restricted from further use."

They are scamming me because they dont accept my documents with no reason whatsoever just because they dont want to pay the money which I won playing fair.

Stay away from 888casino or any other Cassava products, they are a fraud company and will do anything to dont pay their customers!!
