Hello I started playing on this casino, accepted bonus conditions and completed the rollover.
I was mostly playing blackjack and roulette.
I withdrew about 2795 EUR on 8 September.
Today I tried to login into my account to check the status of my withdraw and I get the message "Your account has been temporary disabled. Please contact the support or check your email inbox"
I havent received any email regarding this or been asked for any documents, my ID card was been submitted before I attempted withdraw.
I suppose this was a serious casino due to all the positive review by most customers and here on askgamblers.
