After making a deposit to withdraw my funds, 888sport/casino has locked my account. I can’t enter my account anymore and I received an email to verify my credit card and passport. I’ve sent a statement of my virtual Mastercard and a scan of my passport but still haven’t received any response of the ‘relevant department’
The support representatives are very friendly and helpful but they can only raise my verification case to the department. I wanted to withdraw funds and also wanted to bet again but that’s impossible now.
Can you please unlock my account and release my funds?
