Last November 23rd I ordered two withdrawals worth 3000e and another 2000e. As usual on November 26th I received the confirmation email in the morning and also the payment of 3000e and 2000e did not enter the account, although it was processed first a few minutes. I have done several withdrawals including double and in all I barely receive confirmation by email minutes later I receive the money. I contacted my bank which confirms the entry of the 3000e but has no information of the 2000e is a strange situation since the orders were made on the same day for the same account, both were processed with a difference of minutes one was delivered another do not. I tried to contact support but have not yet responded to my email.
I would like you to explain how it is possible for two withdrawals to be processed to the same account on the same day and one to get lost.
