Once they fraud my 1000 rupees and now they are frauding my 1700

When i completed the payment then I didn't received the option to submit the payment confirmation there was error showing when I came back to submit the utr

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal issue with the casino.

My withdrawal was marked as “Paid Out” on 19/03/2026, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account even after 45 days.

On the same day, I contacted the casino’s support team and submitted all the required documents, including my bank statement, to prove that the payment has not been received.

Since then, every time I follow up, I receive the same repeated response stating that:

*My case has been submitted to the finance department

*The payment provider is reviewing the transaction

*They are waiting for confirmation

However, no actual resolution, proof of transfer, transaction reference, or definite timeline has been provided.

It has now been 45 days, which is an unreasonable delay for a withdrawal that was already marked as completed.

I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help obtain:

1. Clear proof of the transaction from the casino/payment provider

2. A specific timeline for resolution

3. Immediate release of my pending withdrawal if the transaction has not actually been processed

I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, but the repeated generic replies without progress are unacceptable.

My deposit of inr 3500 has not been credited. I made the deposit on 12/04/2026. Transaction was succesful from my side but amount never credited to my gaming account. Dear AskGambler team please help me in this matter. I have been trying to contact them but they did not give any satisfactory solution. All the proofs have been attached along with the complaint.

I raise a complaint against 4rabet casino regarding a deposit issue.

On **19/04/2026**, I made a **deposit of ₹39,000** using the **PhonePe payment option** on 4rabet. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but **the funds have not been credited to my 4rabet account**, even after **24 hours**.

I have already contacted the **4rabet customer support** through:

* Live chat support

* Email support

However, I **have not received any proper response or resolution** from their team.

My player ID is < sent to the casino > and I have made a deposit of INR 3000 on 4rabet and my account was never credited. I had approached customer support and they are also not willing to help. Request you once again to please process my deposit and credit my 4rabet account with INR 3000.
