Withdrawal Not Received Despite Paid Out Status

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am filing this complaint against 4raBet casino for a delayed withdrawal.

I requested a withdrawal on 11-03-2026 and the status shows "Paid Out" in my account. As of March 13, no funds have been credited to my bank account.

I submitted my bank statement as they requested, but casino support has not provided any update, transaction proof, or resolution.

Key details:

- Status: "Paid Out" (screenshot attached)

- No incoming transaction in bank (statement attached)

- UUID: ee6a4d­40-­e7a­f-4­16b­-b9­7f-­0c4­6ea­d5011d

- Withdrawal Token: l5UCkX­Xgr­z02­4yO­c2e­MX0­Sge­7JR­1w1z8

I have already emailed the casino demanding proof of payout and immediate crediting, but no satisfactory response.

Please mediate to:

1. Obtain payout proof with transaction ID from the casino.

2. Ensure funds are credited promptly.

I Didn't receive withdrawal yet. I already sent you my bank statement. If you payout me successfuly then share payout receipt.
Again Provide evidence that the payment was made. Some random UTR is not consider as a proof. You may attach it to the complaint thread or send it to my registered email.
