Full Explained issue with 4rabet Casino:

I have been using my 4rabet account since 2022 and all of a sudden my withdrawals have been getting declined again and again without any notice or email from 4rabet and I have a current account balance of 181,911 INR in my 4rabet account.

I have contacted 4rabet Live support but they seem to be either offline as they respond back with same bot automated response everytime I contact them and ask them to help me with my issue and most of the times they don't respond back to my concern about not being able to withdraw my funds since long time now.

It now feels very unsafe about this decliend withdrawal issue and this is causing me stress all the time.

I have attached screenshots of withdrawal being declined again and again and also Live-chat support communication who do not respond back at all.

On August 21-2026 I made a deposit of ₹9,999.51 through the payment method

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed deposit of ₹9,999.51 made to my 4Rabet account.

On August 21-2026, I made a deposit of ₹9,999.51 through the payment method provided by 4Rabet. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and the transaction shows that the funds were successfully transferred to the beneficiary/payment recipient.

However, the deposit was not credited to my 4Rabet account.

I contacted 4Rabet support and provided the transaction details and proof of payment. Instead of crediting the deposit, 4Rabet informed me that the payment had failed and advised me to contact my bank/payment provider.

I subsequently checked the transaction with my bank. According to the transaction information available to me, the amount was successfully debited and the payment was not reversed.

4Rabet later stated that a refund would be processed and that I would need to wait for the refund. However, I have not received the funds, and I have not been provided with a satisfactory transaction-specific explanation showing where the money is currently held or why the payment is being treated as failed.

I have received multiple contradictory responses and changing statuses regarding these transactions. I was previously informed that the payments were processed or credited in the backend and later informed that the funds were not received.

After more than 11 days I do not accept another generic response such as please wait processing is in progress finance team is checking or another estimated timeframe.

I require a transaction level investigation for all three payments.

For each UTR please provide:

1 Current exact payment provider status
2 Confirmation whether the funds were received
3 Current location or status of the funds
4 Settlement status
5 Rejection or return status if applicable
6 Refund or reversal reference if applicable
7 Exact settlement refund or reversal date and time
8 Payment provider escalation reference
9 Verifiable transaction evidence
10 Confirmation that the cases will remain open until the money is actually credited or refunded

FINAL RESOLUTION REQUIRED

For every affected transaction I require either:

ACTUAL CREDIT TO MY 4RABET ACCOUNT WITH TRANSACTION PROOF

OR

ACTUAL REFUND TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT ACCOUNT WITH VERIFIED REFUND REFERENCE

I have already provided all necessary cooperation and documentation.

Please escalate all three transactions to the senior finance and payment provider team immediately.

I need my total outstanding amount of 23999.36 traced and recovered.

I do not want another generic response or another changing timeframe.

Unable to withdraw or login to my account

I was using my 4rabet account since from a long time and then all of a sudden I am unable to login to my account without any notice and I also completed my kyc verification,and I can also assure you that all other verifications will also get completed and I have a current account balance of more then 30,000 INR in my 4rabet casino account currently.
I have contacted 4rabet Live support several times almost but their customer support staff seems to be either offline as they respond back with same bot automated response everytime I contact them and ask them to help me with my login & withdrawal concern & most of the times they don't respond back to my concern about not being able to login and withdraw my balance funds.
I would kindly request Askgamblers to take serious actions against this 4rabet Casino site for not providing support to its customer.
Kindly investigate fairly and help me resolve my query with 4rabet.

My 4RABET account was permanently blocked even though my KYC verification had already been successfully completed and approved.

I received an official email from 4RABET stating:

**“KYC Verification Successful”** and: **“Your identity has been successfully verified.”**

The same email also stated that I had access to **“Smooth & fast withdrawals”** and **“Full access to all 4RABET features.”**

After this KYC approval, I deposited ₹3,000 into my account and my balance subsequently reached ₹9,080.

My account was then blocked.

Initially, 4RABET told me that my account was permanently blocked due to **“incomplete verification.”**

After I provided evidence of their KYC approval email and asked them to identify the exact incomplete verification step, their explanation changed to **“violation of the platform rules and Terms of Service.”**

When I repeatedly asked them to identify the exact violation and applicable Terms & Conditions clause, they subsequently changed the wording again to **“policy violations.”**

Despite several requests, they have not told me:

What exact rule I allegedly violated;
What specific conduct or transaction constituted the violation;
Which exact Terms & Conditions clause applies;
Why my previously approved KYC is now being treated as incomplete;
Or why my ₹9,080 balance is being withheld.

They are now stating that the account is permanently suspended and that no withdrawal is possible.

I am attaching my KYC approval email and screenshots of the complete conversation with 4RABET showing their changing explanations.

I am requesting AskGamblers to review this dispute and assist me in obtaining a specific explanation from 4RABET and, if there is no valid basis for withholding the funds, the release of my **₹9,080 balance**.

I am trying to withdraw my funds but the system automatically closes the request after sometime without any reason.

There is one important point that I want to make very clear. I made TWO separate withdrawals of ₹25,000 each within a few hours.

The first withdrawal was made on 09 August 2026 at 21:53:28. This is the disputed transaction mentioned above, and I have NOT received this ₹25,000.

I made another separate ₹25,000 withdrawal on 10 August 2026 at 01:14:30. That second withdrawal was successfully credited to my bank account. Both withdrawals are shown as “Paid out” on 4rabet, but only the second withdrawal reached my bank account.

I am attaching a screenshot of my 4rabet payment history showing both ₹25,000 withdrawals, their separate dates, times and tokens. This complaint relates ONLY to the first withdrawal dated 09 August 2026 at 21:53:28.

I have contacted 4rabet support almost every day regarding the missing withdrawal. They asked me to provide my bank statement, which I submitted. When an official statement containing the IFSC code was required, I personally visited my bank and obtained it and submitted it to 4rabet.

For several days, support repeatedly told me that my statement had been forwarded to their Finance Team/payment provider for verification and that they were waiting for a response. I was also told that the withdrawal had been processed from their side and that my money was safe.

However, after waiting for many days, I was again asked to provide an updated bank statement covering the period from the withdrawal date up to the present date. I have still not received a clear explanation about what happened to this specific ₹25,000 payment.

I am not making a general accusation against the platform. I only want this specific withdrawal to be traced properly and a clear resolution provided. If the payment was genuinely sent, I request that the operator/payment provider provide the relevant transaction/reference details that can establish where this specific ₹25,000 payment was sent.

I request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this case and determining why the first ₹25,000 withdrawal marked as “Paid out” has not reached my bank account.

Initially, they blamed "external payment providers," and recently, a customer support manager named Lior sent me a generic automated response stating they are "thoroughly reviewing" the case. Greetings,

I deposited 2000 INR in 28th of July 2026 and time was around 9:37 am.

It got deducted from my bank balance but not credited to my game balance.

I waited like 24hrs and then mailed them they said please keep patience we are working on it and forwarded your case to highest priority.

I kept emailing them like daily but got same response. Today it's been more than 11 days and I'm still getting the same emails to wait.

This isn't fair to wait that long even they are not giving me information for how long to wait. Always bots reply and it's frustrating.
