Withdrawal and deposit refund issue
I am filing a complaint against 4raBet regarding serious unresolved financial issues involving both withdrawal and deposit transactions.
⸻
1. Withdrawal Marked “Paid Out” but Money Not Received
On 02.08.2025 at 15:36:20, I requested a withdrawal of ₹95,000 via IMPS.
In my 4raBet account, the status is shown as “Paid out”, but the money has NOT been credited to my bank account.
Details from the casino:
• Amount: ₹95,000
• Token: dpxTF65X4m1hUtSO8MWHmzFo3QgzVhU
• Method: IMPS
• Status: Paid Out
Despite the “Paid Out” status, the funds never reached my bank account.
I checked with my bank, and they confirmed that no IMPS credit of ₹95,000 was received during that time.
I have attached the casino withdrawal screenshot for verification.

2. ₹50,000 Deposit Deducted from Bank but Not Credited by 4raBet
On 29th July 2025 at 10:43 PM, I made a UPI payment of ₹50,000 to the merchant OPENSKY TRADEBIZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, which is 4raBet’s payment processor.
The money was successfully debited from my bank, and I have the UPI screenshot showing “Paid”.
However, 4raBet did NOT credit ₹50,000 into my account wallet.
Deposit Details:
• Amount: ₹50,000
• Transaction ID: 224326962370
• Date/Time: 29 July 2025, 10:43 PM
• Status in UPI: PAID
• Beneficiary: OPENSKY TRADEBIZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
But the 4raBet wallet shows no credit for this amount.
⸻
3. Support Not Resolving the Issue
I contacted 4raBet support repeatedly with proof (screenshots, transaction IDs, dates).
They have not resolved either issue, nor provided any clear response or timeline.
⸻
4. Request for Resolution
I request the complaint team to please:
1. Investigate and process my ₹95,000 withdrawal, as it is shown as “Paid Out” but the money was never received.
2. Credit the missing ₹50,000 deposit OR refund it back to my bank account.
I have attached all proof including:
• Withdrawal screenshot (₹95,000 shown as Paid Out)
• UPI deposit screenshot (₹50,000 PAID to OPENSKY TRADEBIZ)
Please resolve this issue urgently, as both amounts are significant and the delays are causing financial stress.
Thank you.
