Urgent withdrawal refund

I am writing this review after repeated failures to get my deposit credited to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my bank account.

On 10 August 2026, I completed two separate deposits via UPI to the assigned payment receiver details provided by 4rabet:

Both transactions were debited successfully from my bank accounts, and the UTR numbers confirm successful delivery to the recipient. Despite the payment being completed, neither amount was credited to my 4rabet balance, nor was any reverse credit initiated back to my accounts.

I request 4rabet management to immediately trace these two UTR numbers with their payment gateway/merchant and either credit the full ₹49,998.85 to my wallet or process an immediate refund back to the source bank accounts.

I ordered my withdrawal 14140 rupees on 19 September at 11:41 Am and 4raBet showing my withdrawal status paidout from 20 September. 12 days have passed, but I have not yet received my money in my bank account..

Your support team sent me same automated message, saying that for 9 days your bank statement has been sent to the finance team for review.. But today it is 12 days, and no one has verified my bank statement.

I am submitting a complaint regarding two deposits that were successfully completed from my bank account, but the casino has not properly credited/resolved the deposited funds.

The deposit details are:

Both payments were successfully completed through UPI from my IndusInd Bank account. I have screenshots showing the successful transactions and the UPI reference numbers.

I contacted the casino's support team regarding this issue, but the matter has not been resolved. I am requesting the casino to verify these transactions with their payment provider and credit the funds to my casino account or provide a proper refund if the deposits cannot be credited.

Complaint Details

I am submitting this complaint regarding a ₹5,000 deposit that I attempted to make to my 4RABET casino account on 13 September 2026 at approximately 10:35 PM.

I initiated a ₹5,000 deposit through 4RABET. During the payment process, the payment provider showed the amount payable as ₹4,999.64 instead of ₹5,000. I followed the payment instructions provided by the payment provider and successfully paid the displayed amount of ₹4,999.64 through UPI using Paytm.

The payment was successfully completed, and the amount of ₹4,999.64 was debited from my bank account.

The payment was made to the following details displayed by the payment provider:

Today is 21 September 2026, so more than a week has passed since the payment was successfully completed.

I have contacted 4RABET support multiple times regarding this issue, but the deposit has still not been credited to my account.

Resolution Requested

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter with 4RABET.

I initiated a ₹5,000 deposit, and the payment provider instructed me to pay ₹4,999.64, which I successfully paid. The payment was completed and the money was debited from my bank account, but the corresponding deposit has not been credited to my 4RABET wallet.

I therefore request that 4RABET investigate this transaction with its payment provider and credit the ₹5,000 deposit to my casino wallet.

If the deposit cannot be credited for any reason, I request that the ₹4,999.64 actually paid by me be refunded to the original payment source.

I have provided the UPI Reference Number 314637752487 and can provide any additional information required to verify the transaction.

I am a regular player on 4rabet (UUID: 6fa82c35-f456-4888-8baf-3b3e2e1d6953).

I participated in the weekly "Spin Marathon" mission, which requires completing 2000 spins within a week to receive a 1000 INR Real Cash Prize. I successfully completed all 2000 spins playing "777 Gems" and "Casino Strike" slots. My in-app mission progress bar clearly showed "2000/2000 Spins Completed." However, after the mission week ended and reset, the 1000 INR cash prize was not credited to my main balance.

Initially, the support team acknowledged in the chat that my mission was successfully completed with 2000 spins and stated that a detailed investigation was underway. However, they later abruptly changed their statement via email, claiming that the reward was deactivated because I did not meet a "₹40,000 wagering requirement."

This is a completely false and fabricated excuse to deny my payout.

The Spin Marathon is strictly a spin-count promotion, not a wagering bonus. In fact, I have successfully completed this exact same mission and received the 1000 INR real cash prize on 27th August and 10th September without any wagering conditions. I have the historical screenshots proving that I received these exact rewards previously without any such hidden terms. 4rabet is acting in bad faith and changing the promotional rules retroactively after the player has fulfilled the criteria.

I request AskGamblers to intervene, review my gameplay history logs for the 2000 completed spins, and instruct 4rabet to credit my rightful 1000 INR cash prize immediately.
