Unable to withdraw and Login to my account

Hello Team,

On 17th July I deposited 5000 through my 4rabet gaming account even though I did the payment successfully through phonepe deposit method; the money was not credited to my gaming account.

Everytime I reach out to web chat, gmail and telegram the response I'm getting an automated bot response like under review, checking with highest priority but no solution.

It's been 10 days; let me tell you it's a upi transaction which is instant. If I assume it failed the refund should be credited in 48 hours, whereas I didn't get any refund.

I am filing a fresh and urgent complaint against 4rabet Casino regarding a high-value withdrawal of ₹34,700 that is completely missing from my bank account, despite being marked as completed by the casino.

On 11 July 2026, I requested a withdrawal, and the casino updated the status to "Paid out" in my account history. However, it has been more than 6 days , and absolutely no funds have been credited to my bank account.

The casino has only provided an internal system "Token," which holds no value for a banking institution. My bank strictly requires a valid 12-digit Bank UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number or RRN to trace any inward remittance. Without this, the bank cannot locate the money.

I request the AskGamblers team to intervene and ask 4rabet Casino to either provide the official bank UTR number as proof of a successful transfer or return the ₹34,700 back to my gaming balance immediately.

The Issue:

Every single withdrawal request I place immediately goes into a "Created" status. However, none of these requests advance to the "Processing" stage. They remain completely stuck in the "Created" phase indefinitely, well past the standard 48-hour window. New withdrawal attempts face the exact same technical halt.

Support Response:

I have contacted the platform's live chat support multiple times to resolve this issue. The support agents refuse to provide any transaction timelines, explanations, or updates. They only repeat generic, scripted responses stating that they are "working on it" without offering any actual progress or resolution.

My account is in good standing, and I am fully prepared to complete any additional KYC or verification checks if required by the security team. Stalling verified player payouts without cause or communication is a clear breach of fair gaming terms.

I request 4raBet Casino to review my account status, move my withdrawal requests into the processing phase, and release my hard-earned winnings. I am attaching screenshots of my stuck withdrawal logs and active balance for reference.

I deposited 5000, and it was a unique payment of 4999.33 with the payment note, and they say it is still not received.

They tell then to wait for 10 days for a refund. After 10 days, you say to contact your bank.

I want to know what the bank will do for a successful transaction. The main reason is that you rely on the payment provider. The payment provider defrauds you and you frauds with people deposit. We are providing all the proofs and what you are providing. The payment provider bank rejected the chargeback, and you are telling me to contact the bank.

Whydon't you just provide the bank statement of the payment provider and show me that you are right? You guys just blame us. I will not play anymore on your sites as you guys cheat us.

I contacted my bank they clearly told me that the merchant has rejected the chargeback and they cannot return my money. You can easily say, contact your bank. If it is true, please provide the JKB bank statement of that merchant.

I would like to lodge a complaint against 4RABET regarding the unreasonable delay in processing my withdrawal request of INR 20,000, which was initiated on 07-06-2026.

Despite submitting all the documents requested by their support team, I have been receiving the same generic response for the past 10 days without any resolution or clear explanation. The withdrawal remains pending, and the support team has failed to provide a satisfactory update on the status of my funds.
