Unable to login or withdraw my funds

I deposited 5000, and it was a unique payment of 4999.33 with the payment note, and they say it is still not received.

They tell then to wait for 10 days for a refund. After 10 days, you say to contact your bank.

I want to know what the bank will do for a successful transaction. The main reason is that you rely on the payment provider. The payment provider defrauds you and you frauds with people deposit. We are providing all the proofs and what you are providing. The payment provider bank rejected the chargeback, and you are telling me to contact the bank.

Whydon't you just provide the bank statement of the payment provider and show me that you are right? You guys just blame us. I will not play anymore on your sites as you guys cheat us.

I contacted my bank they clearly told me that the merchant has rejected the chargeback and they cannot return my money. You can easily say, contact your bank. If it is true, please provide the JKB bank statement of that merchant.

I would like to lodge a complaint against 4RABET regarding the unreasonable delay in processing my withdrawal request of INR 20,000, which was initiated on 07-06-2026.

Despite submitting all the documents requested by their support team, I have been receiving the same generic response for the past 10 days without any resolution or clear explanation. I have been a regular 4rabet user for about three years, and I am extremely disappointed with the recent issue regarding my deposit. On 31/05/2026, I made a UPI deposit of 13,999 INR through PhonePe. The transaction has been pending for many days and the amount has neither been credited to my 4rabet account nor refunded to my bank. I contacted my bank by phone and was informed that the transaction was successfully processed from their side. Despite this, 4rabet’s Telegram support, email support, and other customer support channels keep sending the same repeated message that the transaction is “still in process,” without providing any real solution. I was even given a specific timeline for resolution, but that timeline has already passed and nothing has changed.

It has now been around ten days since the transaction, and I still have not received my refund or the deposit in my account. As a long‑time user, this situation has completely damaged my trust. I feel that my money is stuck without justification, and the repeated standard replies from support are very frustrating.
