Explained the issue with 4rabet Casino:

I have been using my 4rabet account since 2022 and all of a sudden I am unable to login to my account without any notice or email from 4rabet and I have a current account balance of more than 200,000 INR in my 4rabet casino account.

I have contacted 4rabet Live support but they seem to be either offline as they respond back with same bot automated response everytime I contact them and ask them to help me with my issue and most of the times they don't respond back to my concern about not being able to login and withdraw my funds.

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding two successful UPI payments made for deposits to my 4Rabet account through the website mentioned above. Both amounts were debited successfully from my bank account, but they have not been credited to my 4Rabet wallet.

The first payment has remained unresolved for approximately 20 days, and the second payment has also not been credited despite the successful transaction confirmation.

I have contacted 4Rabet customer support multiple times. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same response that the issue is being investigated, without any concrete resolution or clear timeline.

I request AskGamblers to review my complaint and assist in escalating this matter to the relevant operator, if eligible. I ask that both transactions be investigated using their respective UTRs and that the operator provide written confirmation of the funds' status.

I request that the pending amounts be credited to my wallet or refunded appropriately if the deposits cannot be completed.

I am attaching both payment screenshots as evidence and can provide previous support conversations if required.

Urgent withdrawal refund

Hello,
I am writing this to report a serious issue with my withdrawal on 4rabet.My UUID b88f8887-f2f8-42dc-bf67-5b0d5827d43c My withdrawal request of ₹7,500 INR has been stuck and is showing "under review" for more than 980hours (over 40 days).
According to their support agent (Raj Kumar), the withdrawal has been approved but they are delaying it under the excuse of "manual processing by the support team." This is completely unacceptable. No payment gateway takes 40 days to process a transaction.

4Rabet 100000 INR Withdrawal Not Received for Over 90 Days

I am submitting a complaint against 4Rabet regarding a 100000 INR withdrawal that has remained unresolved for more than 90 days.
I am a long-term 4Rabet customer and a VIP 7 member.
My 100000 INR withdrawal has never been credited to my bank account.
Withdrawal details:

The withdrawal has been showing as Paid Out or Processed, but the money has not reached my bank account and has not been returned to my 4Rabet gaming balance.
I have contacted 4Rabet support repeatedly for more than 90 days. I have also contacted my account manager. They continue to tell me that the withdrawal is under investigation, being processed, or being handled by the finance or payment provider team.
Even yesterday and today, I contacted 4Rabet support and received the same type of response that the withdrawal is still being processed or investigated.
I have already provided my bank statement showing that this 100000 INR withdrawal was not received. 4Rabet has confirmed that they received my bank proof.
Despite this long delay, 4Rabet has not provided me with a UTR, RRN, valid transaction reference, payment provider details, exact payment date and time, or verifiable proof that the money was successfully transferred to my bank.
I am no longer asking for another generic investigation update.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining a concrete resolution from 4Rabet.
If the 100000 INR was successfully transferred to my bank, I request 4Rabet to provide verifiable transaction proof, including the UTR or RRN, payment provider details, transaction date and time, and destination details.
If the payment was not successfully completed, I request that the full 100000 INR be returned to my 4Rabet gaming balance.

I request 4rabet management to immediately trace these two UTR numbers with their payment gateway/merchant and either credit the full ₹49,998.85 to my wallet or process an immediate refund back to the source bank accounts.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a ₹5,000 deposit that I attempted to make to my 4RABET casino account on 13 September 2026 at approximately 10:35 PM.

I initiated a ₹5,000 deposit through 4RABET. During the payment process, the payment provider showed the amount payable as ₹4,999.64 instead of ₹5,000. I followed the payment instructions provided by the payment provider and successfully paid the displayed amount of ₹4,999.64 through UPI using Paytm.

The payment was successfully completed, and the amount of ₹4,999.64 was debited from my bank account.

The payment was made to the following details displayed by the payment provider:

I therefore request that 4RABET investigate this transaction with its payment provider and credit the ₹5,000 deposit to my casino wallet.

If the deposit cannot be credited for any reason, I request that the ₹4,999.64 actually paid by me be refunded to the original payment source.
