On 01.12.2025, I made a deposit of ₹3000 through UPI. The amount was instantly debited from my bank account, and NPCI status shows “Transaction Successful – Amount credited to beneficiary account”.

I have attached:

Despite this clear proof, 4raBet has not credited ₹3000 to my gaming wallet even after 5+ days. Their support ignores the evidence and gives only generic replies.

I request you to please mediate and force 4raBet to:

1. Immediately credit ₹3000 to my account

2. Add the deposit bonus that was active at the time of deposit

3. Compensate for the unnecessary delay and mental harassment

This is not the first such complaint I have seen against them. They seem to deliberately delay or deny successful deposits.

Issue with deposit

I had a very disappointing experience with 4rabet regarding my deposit issue. My payment was successfully debited from my bank account through the QR code provided by their platform, but even after 3 days the amount is still not credited to my wallet.

I provided all proofs including bank statement, transaction details, and UTR number, yet support keeps giving repeated delays and generic responses instead of a proper resolution. Their payment provider is also unresponsive.

As a customer, it is frustrating to wait this long for funds that were successfully transferred. I request 4rabet to resolve deposit issues faster and take proper responsibility for their payment system instead of making customers suffer for days.

Delayed withdrawal and no UTR provided

I am reporting a severe delay in my withdrawal from 4rabet. My transaction (ID: AYkR7qBl0dOrEleDJl6XADQQQckCPp3h) has been pending since April 24, 2026.
Despite multiple follow-ups via Ticket SUP-1389942, I am receiving only scripted responses. On May 11, their agent Raj Kumar promised a resolution within 24 hours, but the deadline has passed with no funds in my bank account.
The casino claimed on Trustpilot that the transaction is "Paid out," but they are refusing to provide a valid RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) or UTR so that I can track the funds with my bank. This lack of transparency and constant delay is unacceptable. I have already contacted the Curacao Gaming Commission and now I request AskGamblers to intervene to help me recover my legitimate winnings.

Dear AskGamblers Support,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal issue with the casino.

My withdrawal was marked as “Paid Out” on 19/03/2026, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account even after 45 days.

On the same day, I contacted the casino’s support team and submitted all the required documents, including my bank statement, to prove that the payment has not been received.

Since then, every time I follow up, I receive the same repeated response stating that:

*My case has been submitted to the finance department

*The payment provider is reviewing the transaction

*They are waiting for confirmation

However, no actual resolution, proof of transfer, transaction reference, or definite timeline has been provided.

I requested a withdrawal of ₹3805 on 25.04.2026 at 23:29:47, and the status is still showing “In processing”, even though the promised timeframe has already been completed.

Previously, I made another withdrawal of ₹3073 on 08.04.2026 which was processed successfully, but this current transaction is being unnecessarily delayed.

I have already contacted customer support multiple times, and each time they respond with the same message saying:
"We are in touch with the payment system and working to resolve the issue. Please wait."

However:

- No exact reason for the delay is provided
- No clear timeline is given
- No proper resolution has been offered

This is very frustrating and unprofessional. My money is stuck without any transparency.
